When will it arrive?

Each piece is made to order for you by our print partner and delivered in about 5 to 10 business days. Delivery anywhere in Australia is included in the price. Eclipse glasses and family kits are pre-orders and are posted separately when they ship.

Can I return it?

Because merch is made to order, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, email cs@aurasight.com.au with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it at our cost or refund you. See the returns terms; nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
