Questions hosts ask

Does the phone filter fit any phone?

Yes. It is a flexible solar film filter that sits over the rear camera lens and is held with a reusable band. It works with any phone or small camera. Take it off for totality only, and put it back before the Sun reappears.

Is four pairs enough?

Four covers most households. Every extra person needs their own pair, so add a 10 pack if you expect visitors. Glasses should never be shared mid-eclipse because someone always ends up looking up without them.

Can we use this for a school class?

A kit suits a household rather than a class. For a classroom, order the 50 or 100 pack and one kit for the teacher who wants the phone filter and guide.

Is the guide written for children?

It is written for the whole family. The timings and safety rules are plain, with a phase-by-phase page that children can follow on the day. Adults still need to supervise every child wearing glasses.

What if we are outside the path of totality?

The kit still works: everywhere in Australia sees a partial eclipse on 22 July 2028, and partial phases always need glasses. The guide covers what a partial eclipse looks like and how long it lasts in your region.

Can kits be branded for an event?

Yes, from 250 kits. The glasses and the guide cover can carry your logo. Tell us your numbers when you register interest and we will quote the branded version alongside the standard one.
