When will it arrive?

Each piece is made to order for you by our print partner and delivered in about 10 to 20 business days. Delivery anywhere in Australia is included in the price. Eclipse glasses and family kits are pre-orders and are posted separately when they ship.

Can I return it?

Because merch is made to order, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, email cs@aurasight.com.au with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it at our cost or refund you. See the returns terms; nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
